I've scared quite a few people already, most of which were my buddies tho.
They are surprisingly loud for their size.

And I've been mainly focusing on interior stuff here and there as im still waiting for no snow and some above -10 weather

I know you want to play it safe, but non-TRD springs would only prevent you from fixing something under warranty if they caused the failure. Springs are probably one of the safer things for that.

By the way Damaged, here's what hit my old car in May... The video is the first one. That went on for 5-10 minutes, wasn't pretty.

With 4 months of hail damage repair, did you get something else to drive in the meantime? wow.

That's brutal! Jealous of the s2000 tho hopefully didn't get too much damage.
Also I think you either had more wind in that storm or maybe just closer to trees lol. I was actually looking into those before I bought my b but couldnt find one in my price range with the km I wanted.
and no I didn't.. They said they didn't even have to fix it since I already paid for it and it's not their problem and that "they were doing me a favour" by putting it through their insurance. As I hadnt gotten insurance cuz I didn't even get the car yet.
I was pretty aggressive and loud in the dealership and contacted lawyers and a ton of other stuff and my lawyer I use said that they didn't have to fix it if they didn't want to so I decided I should keep my mouth shut.
Luckily I still had my lancer to drive in the mean time

Yeah the S2000 was my buddy's car and it was chewed up just as bad as mine (2001 Grand Prix GTP), which is sad because it was still pretty new and a nice car. I forgot what year. Convertible top torn up, back window shattered, blinker knocked off, dented like crazy. Both were totalled and not worth it to repair. I asked my adjuster to guess and he said it would cost over $6k to fix mine. I got a decent value from my insurance, more than I would have gotten if I sold it, so I was happy even though I wasn't ready to get a new car. They gave me a bit more after I sent them all my maintenance records. I could have taken less and kept the car but that didn't make sense since it was getting up there in years. His S2000 was actually unsafe to drive after that with bits of glass everywhere and no top. Now he has a sweet Audi S5 with an aftermarket package on it. Jerk.

By the way, almost every car on the surrounding blocks had their windshields cracked up. Somehow ours were ok. Even my sunroof survived. The house we were in had 3 windows broken despite them being under the roof overhang.

Wow that sounds like a bunch of bull. If that had happened to me I know I wouldn't have had a problem since I was insured. You just have to notify your insurance of your new car within a reasonable period and you're covered during that time. Of course if you want different coverage for the new car, you won't get that until you set it up with them. I'm glad it worked out for you but that's still not nice.

LOL

and yeah they were the worst people ive ever dealt with so I put in a report with the bbb and found as many online review sites to bring them down a bit but other than that theres not much I could do.
They replaced a bunch of panels rather than bondo and stuff so that was good but they definitely didn't spend the 12, 000$ their insurance was giving them so they just did it to make more money
, not to make me happy. They probably kept $6000 worth of it easily.. Bas*****

So I guess that's the reason for your username?

By the way, I love your halos, and I'm jealous of you having a nice garage and a lot of time to work on stuff And that horn is killer, haha.

Actually the name came from when I was like 10 years old my buddies were from mexico and their mom (family friend) told me that my name daniel roughly translates to damaged in spanish from where she came from. So my buddies laughed and called me that, no one calls me it anymore but it stuck as usernames and what not.

and thanks!
The shop is nice to work with but I have to share with a bunch of truckers so I have to constantly move in and out
