I post a thread about this in another forum and people was just talking bs, what you doing this or change your brake pads and bla bla bla. The only thing I know is that I did that on my previous car, a Mazda Protege 5, put mazda 6 calipers and mazda 6 power slotted rotors and maaan, the braking on that car was awesome, I'm wondering if there's other toyota or lexus model that fit my 2012 xb and for sure I'm gonna do this mod to my xb.. IS Big brakes for cheap!!

Yup. Sometimes the only way to do something right, is to do it yourself. So start doing some research and measuring and let everyone know how it goes.
I do believe that we do share the same rear beam as the newer Prius' and that means the possibility of the CT200H.

I am currently looking at the specs off IS series calipers.
They are the best upgrade for the xB2....

A follow up to come soon......
