Not sure how the weather is where you live, but I live in the desert so it's really dry and hot. Got really hot today. It's 4:50pm and it's still 99 out. tomorrow supposed to hit 110. Here's my forecast for the next 10 days. How's the weather where you're at?

Thunder storms in DC, for the last week and for the next. I hate it.

I taped my spoiler on today, OVER the foam residue. Didn't work at all. Too humid and moisture got caught under it.

I'm going to get some goo gone and get all the foam residue off.

Oh man sorry to hear about your spoiler. Hopefully you can secure it without drilling. I will be drilling when I get my spoiler. I hate the idea of putting holes in my xB but I also want some piece of mind. And yeah we had a crazy thunder storm here yesterday. Was pretty crazy. I went and purchased a small 12 foot x 30 inch pool for my kids last night so they could keep cool today. I soaked in it as well. It's like an adult sized kiddie pool LOL. Worked great!

This was an old forum: however with emmastone's posting: I picked up my Gen1 XB, in Ontario, CA yesterday and drove it home to Las Vegas, NV. Air conditioning almost turned me into a Popsicle, on 5 hour drive to Vegas, but once in town (Koval > Flamingo) it did not handle the 116°F very well in stop and go traffic.

On Flamingo it would blow cold air, after stopping for 6 or 7 red lights it was the same odd routine. Stopped the air conditioning would fail to keep blowing cool air, then moving to the next light the air would blow colder and coldest when reaching the next stop. I did catch one green light and the unit seemed to work, until I got caught again at another light, and the air warmed again, it seems the air conditioning is not capable of maintaining its cooling when stopped.

Horrid not to have air conditioning here in Vegas, but this used XB is new to me: is there a temperature controlled fan that should be running for Condenser (air conditioning radiator) not functional?
