How do you like the overhead console? What do you use it for? I thought about getting one, but I hate rattles and I imagine anything you put up there (sunglasses, etc.) would bounce around and make noise.
The overhead console was already installed in the vehicle when purchased, but after purchasing a few other OEM add-ons I'm sure it installs easily and the mounting brackets are probably already there. I use the overhead for maps and glasses, the glasses are kept in glasses cases so there is no rattling. there are also two nice and bright lights in the console that are very handy. Hope this helps.

I got the Blackberry Crush Metalic. I wasn't real crazy about it at first but I've grown to like it. I looked at several xB's before purchasing this one and the reason I picked this one was it already had several up-grades and it was about $2K less in price than most the others and it only had 26K miles on it at the time.

I'm nearly 56 and the xB has a retro appeal to it (in my opinion) in fact I have a cousin that said it looked like a "Bonnie and Clyde" car. Too cool!

Thanks to all the well wishers and I'm looking forward to sharing info. I'll try to figure out how to gets some pictures posted this next week or so. I just added the "C" pillar post storage nets (OEM) from some Toyota dealer in Florida (purchased on eBay and it only took three days for them to get here). Added the cargo net this week too (OEM). Instruction and mounting template came with all this stuff and was a snap to install, probably an 1.5 hours including clean up. The Bushwacker rear bumper guard is on the way. I will be adding a 1-1/4" receiver hitch soon.
