There's a few members running Drag wheels with the same measurements. They wont be near flush but will fit just fine. Should look pretty good with a 15mm spacer in back....

A spacer, even if short, would keep the inner-side of the tire from hitting the front vertical liner when at full crank.
My old 7" wide (running 245 wide rubber) 45 offset rims just touched (slightly) when I ran them. (just enough that there was friction melting of the plastic from spinning rubber just barely touching when at full crank.
7.5" wide will run with 1/4" more on the inside than 7" did. Watch the tire width and you'd be fine w/o the spacer, but even 5mm is better than nothing. 10-15 would be great (effectively shifting the offset more to neutral and away from the inside well wall).
