Hey calvin, I know you've done lots with fiberglass and I can't find it online so maybe you can help me out.

When you build a fiberglass box or what ever, how does it stay where it's supposed to.. Like if you build one to fit in the trunk against the side or on the hatch, or like yours on your doors, how do they stay put. Do you use screws?
Im looking to maybe do something where the spare tire is but don't want anything to vibrate if it is just placed down there I feel like it would rattle.

I use masking tape 1st and then spray glue to hold the fleece or the matte in place

I think he means after it is built how do you fasten the box to the car to keep it from bouncing around or vibrating.

when I build a box I usually have a mounting platform which is the bottom of the box and then something that I am out to the side as in after all the box that I'm doing now for my 4 twelves I'm going to use those metal up points that are right next to the little plastic panel that you pull off for your calendars those bolts would be perfect so they go into what's wrong part of Mearis all night as well

Right on Calvin, that build is rockin. I just finished doing the sound dampening for the second time, also using RAAMAT for the second time. That stuff is awesome, easy to apply and yes, definitely cheaper and better than the rest. I skimped a bit on the floor of the ride and didn't remove the rear seat, but nearly covered everything else following Rick's advice on his website. My door speakers front and rear really sound great now that they are all done and sealed up. Still working on my custom speaker box in the rear. Half of the fiber glassing is done, but I am stuck with trying to increase air space. But that is another project on hold for the moment.

Default 2013 build of trunk has begun

I started 2 weeks ago by removing all the old build and stripping away other stuff and building in a dual battery box that would be flushed into the cargo floor next to the fuel system under the car.

As you can see below it isn't visible, nor does it hinder parking or speed bumps or exhaust in any way

The idea below
