Why 4 12" woofers? Cuz 6 wouldn't fit and resistance was wrong.
Why Kicker Comps? Cuz I had them and resin is $36 per gallon. Believe me I will upgrade to D.V.'s later

So I have chosen the Earthquake Tremor X154 15" woofers for my build and am no longer doing 4 12" woofers. Below is some of the latest work with mounting and fiberglass work. 2 15" woofers and 1400 rms watts outta make for a nice massage....

Do you always build your subwoofer rings out of metal? And how did you build the front part of your box? like the lip up

actually the ring is made of mdf 3/4" thick and then the counter sind is a strip of masonite that is wrapped around the ring, nailed and resined together.

As for the lip, i used masonite rounded for the shape and reinforced with fiberglass and the the blue part is stretched fleece to make up the form.

Here is another project I just finished for T.O.R.C.
I took the original black plastic thingy off the ground effects and made a new one out of abs plastic and mounted a electroluminecent blue led panel behind and then wrapped it in 3M DiNOC carbon fiber vinyl and mounted with wiring to my EL transformer for the emblems. Link for EL panel here
