Default October ROTM Submissions


The contest works like this:

Today until October 25, the contest will be open for submissions. You must post your pictures in this thread to enter. You may only post your own car. Better yet, read the rules of the ROTM contest first.

From October 25 - 31 a poll will be added containing the entered submissions. All members are asked to vote on their favorite. The person with the most votes at the end of the month will be the winner for the month of October!

The prize:

The October 2011 NewScionXB.com Ride of the Month will be featured on the homepage during the month of November 2011 and be entered in a draw with other Ride of the Month winners from the Autoguide.com network for a chance to win a free oil change.

DIY Crap:

Blacked out headlight housings
Nightshaded mirrors and tails
Debadged and painted remaining emblems
Deleted rear wiper
Red calipers

Removed entire interior from the front seatbacks to the hatch and installed 1 layer of Dynamat, followed by the thickest carpet padding I could find.

Think that's everything.

If I get stuck with my TRD's (which it seems that might be the case as they're not going when I'm practically giving them away) I was really thinking about doing something similar but with a blue/purple pearl paint instead of white.

Between the two I vote for white. Both are nice but the white just seems to be real clean and different than what I normally see.
