Oh yeah, I tried water once, how long should I soak it, and then heat it. I have been trying a new piece with a mold to get the bend I want, that is exactly the pattern I want with some clamps and then heat it with a heat gun.

Hey, I have an audio advice question. I am trying to build a frame to make a custom speaker box. The rails of the frame are birch plywood strips 3/4 inch thick and just over 3 inches wide?. One of the longer pieces I have around 40 inches long I need to bend a tiny bit to fit the form I am making it for. I tried once, by soaking the center with hot water and putting a block under and the using clamps against a bigger piece of wood and bent the board, but it cracked a little. So I wanna try bending a new strip, what would you suggest I use as a method to bend it?
