Default Scion XB 2013 Entune Navigation upgrade

So I've installed the Entune Navigation unit as described in this thread and shown in this video,
Its a combination of Scion head unit and Entune navigation unit with Gracenote, so to get map updates is a TRICKY proposition.
Has anyone done this successfully? Is there a recent map update?

I would like to do the same on my Scion TC. I have the same radio but without the GPS option. Where did you find the navigation addon? I can't find it without the radio.
