hey everyone,

so i have a 2008 xb with the CD/DVD/Navi and i cannot get the dvd to play. The sound comes through but no image. I was told it has to be in park with the E-brake on but still no image. Any ideas? or anything im not doing?

Look on Scionlife.com for SNS-100. There is a DYI on DVD/Navi fix that should lead you in the right direction. Sounds like your e-brake wire could be causing a problem.

thats all good info. way over my head though. Im thinking about taking it to an audio shop and having them just bypass the brake all togethor so i can play dvds on the go. Im also gonna see if they can wire in a back up camera for me.
