2009 XB LED fast flash FIX

Changed out my signals to LED bulbs, now I got the fast flash.. How can I fix it? Someone told me a new flasher from this website but looked on my car and didnt see where it would go.. I dont really want to put those cheap load equalizers on every bulb either.

From what I understand that's the best way to do it. I believe its only a resister between 8 and 12?.
