It makes sense. As far as I know, all the xB's have that little cubbie under the AC vent to the left of the steering wheel. You could probably make a liner with felt or soft cloth if that suits. I use Turtle Wax Ice lotion to clean and detail the dash and it covers the scratches. During shows, I have a little stuffed animal in there, so if there are scratches, no one can see them.
