Anyone know if a 2011/12 front bumper fits on an 08 xB without modification?

As far as I know, the headlights are different, but other than that it should work. Maybe some mounting point issues? I don't know.

You will need:
Headlamps
Bumper cover, inc. all grills and inserts
Foam very low-speed bumper, that goes between the cover and the actual, steel bumper.

Everything mounts pretty easy and the switch has been done numerous times.

As far as I know, the headlights are different, but other than that it should work.

2008-2010 have a single white marker lamp inboard of the headlight on each side for signaling turns and for clearance at night. 2011-present have two separate lamps (amber for turns, white for clearance). Not sure if the physical shape of the headlamps are different.

I know the hoods from 2008-2010 and 2011-present are interchangeable.

Agree with TartanJack that the foam backing pads are different.

Is the foam something that can be purchased at Toyota? I assume that my body shop can modify a 2008-2010 kit to fit my 2012 without replacing the headlights, what do you guys think?

Tyler, just hit one of the junkyards in Sun Valley or order the foam on ebay, it'll be stupidly expensive at Frontier. I think you'll probably need to replace the headlight to fit the bumper cover correctly. We can compare front ends at the next meet to make sure.

In my opinion.. the upper grill looks better with the inset emblem im the 11+, so I could see the want in it, but for me thats to much money to swap for something so small .
