So I just purchased a new 2011 RS XB. Looking at most of the sites for parts and mods everything is stated 2008-2010. I'm looking for new led or euro style tail lights. I'm almost sure the 08's are also the same as the 11 model. that goes along with most of the mods. 08-10 stuff should also fit the 11 correct? If someone can inform me before i purchase stuff and it not fit my car! If anyone has a good site for tail lights and other XB stuff they can pass along? Also looking for a double din kit for the 2011 scion and wire harness. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think compatibility will be hit and miss for the 2011 vs 08-10. The tails are definitely not the same. The 2011 has integrated backup lights. The 08-10 have a separate backup light.

headlights and tail lights are different sizes not to mention the different functions. suspension and engine mods are all interchangeable. i used crutchfield for my stereo kit and wire harness, they provide excellent installation guides. what number RS did you get?

ah thank yall so much I was planning on ordering some tail lights very soon looks like ill have to wait til some come out! I just ordered the wire harness / double din kit and amp kit from crutchfield time to start with the mods! Im pretty sure my number is 1511 didnt really pay to much attention i test drove 3 at 3 different dealerships so i get the numbers mixed up. Just picked it up friday! One more question as for lowering springs... is there a way to tell which ones would offer the best ride quality as far as like a rating system? dont know to much about it but i am throwing some black 18s on it and I really want to drop it just want to be able to keep a comfortable ride!

i just ordered my df 210s after running TRDs on my 08. not really any rating system out there, basically everyone is going to swear that the springs they are running are the best. i liked my TRDs but wanted more drop with this box and read many reviews before ordering the df210s. i plan on sticking with my 16s and more rubber.

looking at the df210 on tanabe's site it just says 08 looking for a set of those on ebay says 08-09.... will those springs work on the 2011? I guess the best way to find out is call tanabe tomorrow and ask right.

thanks for all the input i ordered my 18s today with a 45 tire so once i get them on the XB i will see what kind of wheel gap i have. I want to go low as possible but at the same time do not want to rub! hoping i can go with the df 210s

my buddy at Scikotics known as lowfive has a Gold Rush RS and he changed his body to a 2011 body, you should hit him up for parts
