2011 xb questions - Head unit/ Door removal

Hey - I just put in a Clarion nx409 HU and wanted to know if anyone needed the stock head unit that came with the XB - Or where I could sell it?

Also I was planning on using some Dyna-mat I just picked up on the front doors, hatch, and then maybe the back doors if I have any left. Does anyone have a write up of removing the front doors?

Which stock headunit?

If cheap enough, I'm interested in "screwing" w/ one's visual appearance.

Oh, and I'm in South Carolina.
