I am selling my 2012 Scion xB because we really need a truck. I have added OEM mats, OEM rear spoiler, OEM fogs, OEM mud guards, ( need to look close to see them ) OEM alarm system installed by the dealer, 17x8 45et ten spoke Lexus wheels with new 245/45-17's, and a Curt hitch for my bike rack.
It also has the TRD shifter, springs & rear sway-bar. I was thinking about removing these parts and selling them off. The rear bumper has the clear plastic covering the top and down about 3" I removed the black vinyl on all three pillars so it's all white. I think it makes the xB look cleaner. The front windows and strip across the windshield is also tinted. I have a $400 Covercraft HD car cover that was sent back for some mods such as adding an ant. pocket.
It has 7285 miles on it as of 1/13/2013. It has had the rear axel replaced under warranty and has been service two times by Scion. The asking price is $16.750 as it sits. I need to have a "creek" fixed at the right front A pillar and where dash meet this coming Sat. 1-19-13. We own it free & clear.

We have more photos.

Oh, my direct email is [email protected]

I do side work installing suspension on MX-5 / Miata's. After installing the TRD springs on this Scion I can install new springs & shocks on your xB. At a much better price than the dealer.

You may have read where I was upset because the dealer didn't re-install the TRD springs after removing them to check the alignment of the rear axle with the stock springs. I had to use a friends spring compressor, and he got upset with me because I used his spring compressor more than he did. So, I bought a $700 plus spring / strut compressor of my very own. It is an OTC / Kent-moore compressor; it may be overkill, but I would rather be safe. Plus, if it saves me one trip to the emergency room, it's worth every penny. See the youtube video below.

So are u tryin to sell the XB or those Spring Compressors or your suspension business :) LOL I'm just messin with ya ;) glws - thats a nice lookin 'B and yeah that spring compressor is nice although a nice heavy duty set of the "regular" type and some good experience works well too ;)

momofx;96452,

I'm selling the xB.

As for the spring compressor, I know it's overkill but way back when I was in high school I was trying to use suicide sticks and trying to keep the sticks from sliding. I tried to use Vise-Grip's to keep the sticks from sliding. Well lets say the sticks did what I didn't want them to do. As a result I lost a front tooth from a Vise-Grip in the mouth. Ended up with a fat lip and a shattered front tooth! Yes it hurt like an SOB!

Yes, I would like a little more side work to help pay for the spring compressor.

My father fixed cars for a living and he came one after work and told me to find another line of work, other wise he would kill me.
So I just play with cars.

PS. I still would like to sale the custom exhaust system I had made.

Good to see the photos. I was wondering how those Lexus 10 spoke wheels looked. Very nice. Awesome clean white xB. That exhaust looks sweet too.
I could find a book when I was trying to book it before the 1st of the year. The sales man I bought it from told it should be on the books after the 1st. It's book on KBB @ $16,600. privet party. I keep a log book on all my auto's. So if I fill her up gas it goes in the book, I buy anything for it it's in the book. I have only had person walk away from a auto I have sold after seeing them in person. That little book is worth it's weight in gold when it comes time to sale. ;)

Very cool. I do the same with my car spreadsheet, and of course keeping all records. Then my last car got totalled by hail in May so I guess I didn't need that for selling. However I was able to use all of that to get the insurance company to upgrade my engine, transmission, and tires and give me more money, so good deal. Sorry to go off topic.

Another photo from the rear & what the Scion sleeps under at work or at night.
The cover is a $400 Covercraft Weathershield HD. I'm having and an antenna pocket added right now. This company will do just about anything for customer. They are adding the pocket for N/C. The antenna just lays flat in the photo seen here they are also replacing the elastic on the rear. I will not have to lower the antenna anymore. (see link below on the car cover)

Thanks for looking,
Randy

The xB is back to stock and either being traded-in or selling. I have also added MSRP $184 Scion mats, $423 Scion rear spoiler, $340 Scion fog lights, $469 Scion security / alarm system, (no aftermarket that goes off for no reason), $109 Scion mud guards, Lexus 17x8 wheels w/ new tires and I had the front windows tinted with a strip on the upper windshield.
Asking price is now $16,100 w/ 7416 miles as of 1-21-13.

After the xB is gone I will be selling the Covercraft cover, TRD springs, TRD rear sway-bar, TRD quick shifter, curt hitch, and Eibach camber bolts. I never got time to install the camber bolts.

Sad to say the first person / couple came by to looked bought it for asking price but they wanted the cover too. :(

Anyway the TRD springs, TRD quick shifter, Curt hitch, front camber bolts & full exhaust system are for sale.

I'm having TRD replace the end links on the rear sway-bar as soon as they get here from Japan the sway-bar will be up for sale.

Make fair offers with your zip code and I will give you my PayPal address if it's a deal.

Thanks,
AZ
