Does anyone happen to know if the 2014 Pioneer axcp-q14u t10015 radio is compatible with the older scions? Specifically a 2008 xb?!? I would really like to upgrade my hu and I really like the features of the '14 Pioneer units.

It works in the 2012's (while Scion said it won't) sorry not sure if that helps you. Look at the pic of your radio harness in owners manual then compare it to pic of new radio harness.

I just bought one for my 2010 xB, and the power and speakers work fine. The other conectors like USB, Antenna, and steering wheel doesn't. Trying to findout if there is an adapter that can fix this? if not I will be re selling it.

Try and check the harness connections. Mine was dealer installed and mine had a loose connection causing the rear speakers and back light to not work. Simple but worth a try.
