I started my car today and ran it for about 30 mins around town and I was leaving a store and I noticed the Maintenance light was on. Does anyone have any feedback on that? I'm only at 26k and my car has been acting funny lately. If anything I'll get an appointment for monday. Also if it changes anything my dash/waterfall is apart getting stuff done to it so maybe that has something to do with it. Any help would be amazing! Scott

I asked someone, it may be the oil light, I changed it at 25 and he said that I need to change it to 5k and its probably set at 1k. How do you do that?

I'm sure it is set to 5k still. But that's probably 5k since it was reset after the last oil change. So maybe they didn't reset it until 21k.

The exact procedure is in your owner's manual. I'm pretty sure you set the odometer to "Trip A". Shut the car off then hold the odometer button while you turn the key to the on position. Hold it about 10 seconds. I'm fairly confident that you can search the forum and find the exact procedure too.

That's exactly what happened and I looked it up and I fixed it. I had no idea it was a oil change timer. Thanks!
