I’ve been trying to search around and find out what I would need in order to engine swap to a 2jz but I’ve just been left confused. And also if I needed to convert to rwd how would I do that

Unfortunately you likely won't find a "how to" because it's a very intensive swap. I'd say 99.999% of what you'll need to swap a 2JZ in an xB will have to be custom fabricated and ultimately expensive.
