I been reading the maintenance manual, and it says to change the oil every 5K. However, it does not indicate if this is for SEVERE driving conditions (it states, under SEVERE driving conditions to change the filters more often, but nothing about the oil). What do you guys think? I mean, I live in Las Vegas (pretty harsh), should I do 5K OCI, or should I go "old school" with 3K OCI. By the way, I am using full synthetic in my engine. :yes:

The dealership in Vegas told me to follow the 5K rule.
