I've been through 22 cars (32 cars including ones i've purchased for my wife). Anything from convertible Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Turbos, to Civic Si's, to VW 20th AE GTI's, Suby WRX's, And on and on and on, and I've had the most fun with my Scion xB's.
I traded in my 2003 WRX for my first Scion, which was a 2006 Polar white xB. Talk about a power difference! LOL! But there was something about that boxy style that I always liked, and with premium gas well over $4/gallon at the time, it was hard for me to keep up with the cost of fuel in my little turbo beast, so I dumped it off for a high mpg vehicle instead. I was hooked! I drove my 06 for 2.5 years, which was a record for me keeping cars, until a business owner for a local car audio shop offered to buy it from me to use as his promo vehicle. I didn't plan on sellling my xB, but I accepted as I had my sites on a 2004 RS1 in that amazing Hot Lava (which wasn't for sale btw, but anything is for sale at the right price

). After selling the 06, I went to the owner of the 04 RS1 and made him an offer that he accepted.
Unfortuneatly I only had the RS1 for less than a year, when a young driver ran a stop sign and t-boned me, putting it out of commission. I was bummed but since nobody was injured in the accident (including my kids in the back seat), I couldn't complain too much.
Shortly after, I spotted a 2008 RS5 for sale and picked it up. I was pretty impressed with the added options and power difference from the xB1 to the xB2, and that Gold Rush Mica is awesome! Well, at least I thought so, my wife didn't think it was all that great. LOL.
As much as I like the Gold Rush, I really love the Voodoo Blue. I sold my RS5 to a guy at Dutch Bros Coffee, who would comment "dude, sell me your xB" everytime I went through the drive-through, so that was a quick sale when I told him I was selling it! LOL
I drove over 300 miles to pick up my RS8 last September. It was 100% stock, which is perfect for me, so I can modify and customize as I see fit.
I see myself in this RS8 for a long time, and I plan on adding another RS1 and RS3 to my collection. The RS8 needs some younger siblings
