What bumper leds do you have? The 2013 come on when you turn on parking lights.
If aftermarket just tap your power from parking lamp and bingo!

On my 2500 hd, I was able to do an "all on" light mod. in the under hood fuse box, I used "jumpers" to connect the lights, and when the high beams were flashed, the lows stayed on (usually went off when high beams came on), as well as the fogs, AND the DRLs
I want to have the bumper led's come on with the parking lamps (first click on the light knob)
