I've done it. Its easy but using yoour phone and google maps is better. I bought my Nav unit from a junk yard with a headunit. Costs are $200-400. Make sure to get the harness that goes from the radio to the nav unit. It is pricey from the dealer. I like the Scion nav unit for Aha but the Toyota nav unit has better map software.
