Im looking for a set of black calipers for my xB. I know I can paint mine, but I'd like a set that I can put on once I get my rims and lowering springs installed this spring. I also know I can buy a spare set and then paint them, but I'd rather find a set that come black, much like the TRDs come red. I've looked around and really cant find them, any help would be great.

Just paint yours. It will be much less of a headache in the long run. Not only would you have to physically locate calipers that were black and install them, you'd have to bleed your brakes as well. Most (if not all) OEM calipers come in a raw finish. I believe the TRD units are red because they're aluminum. I could be wrong, though.

It would be much easier to just paint yours. No point in purchasing aftermarket parts based solely on their color.

I think Wilwood makes a caliper that will fit our car, not sure what color(s) it comes in though.

Depends on the price really. I just dropped a bunch of loot on the new rims, so I'd like to just get what ever's cheaper, but a if I HAVE to get a performance upgrade to get the black calipers, I wouldnt be opposed to it.

just checked it, they only go to the 07 scion xBs, not 2nd gens.

2 Gs is pretty steep, but those look like they'd be a real nice upgrade.

plenty of times and the stuff sticks on the caliper with no chips
any auto parts store will carry it for under 25 dollars

does trd make any rear calipers i have never seen them for 2nd gen xb

I'm pretty sure they only make a kit for the fronts.

those are just for the fronts. you could always upgrade to vented/slotted rotors in the front and rear
