Does anyone here on the forum live near the new york city area? Can you recommend a dealer that you have had no issues with as far as service? I've googled the toyota dealers within the 5 boroughs and the all have bad reviews.

Well I'm having a issue with rattling that might be nothing more then needing a higher octane, but I also want to build a relationship with a trusted dealer to handle my major services once I get to that high milage since I'm only at 17K. I'm also looking at adding a few mods like the cargo cover, overhead console, and wanna deal with a place that's recommended instead of just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best.

The rattling may be the bump stops on the hood. The two mods you mentioned can be done by yourself. Just read the instructions and take your time and it should be fine.
