Hi All,

For those who dont know I'm from Australia Melbourne. Purchased my self a Toyota Rukus Build 3. So far I've done K&N Pod filter, lowered, sound system and Rims.

sound system I've updated the front splits to Alpine Type S and also added my alpine Mono block and 12" alpine type S sub.

suspension wise lowered on Pedders springs

Engine mods so far just Pod filter

wheels and tyres 17" KMC Rockstars

also I've taken off the rukus logo on the rear.

Presently, mine has "Traveller" on the rear door/hatch "garnish"/plate area topper/accent, mainly in subtle honor of the old Morris estates and International Scout variants.

I'd take the ruckus badge off ya! Being an Aussie in Los Angeles, it would be good to rep the homeland.

two out of 3 packages arrived for my Rukus yesterday. Weather shields and HID kit. I fitted the Weather shields yesterday and I'm so happy with how they look

got a few other goodies on the way too.

Off topic question for you, do you have the smart key push button system and if so, does your steering wheel lock when the cars off?

no problems. yes I've got the smart key push button system. It's great. and yes the steering wheel does lock. I'll confirm this for you when get home from work.

I can confirm with the smart key system the steering wheel does lock the same as if their was a key in barrel.

yes i can also confirm this does work as well mate.

also update on my Build i have now fitted HID 6000k wow they are bright.
