avic 900 wont stay on

i have a 2009 rs with the pioneer avic f900bt, the stereo starts to turn on then after about thirty seconds it shuts off

.. I've tried the reset button and checked the fuse(visually) and it still doesn't stay on. any one have any ideas?

Check out this forum at AVIC411.

Also go to the Pioneer site and make sure you have the latest software and firmware updates.
