This is an old question, but I still haven't seen any answers. Will a backup camera work with the Pioneer premium head unit PT546-00121?

I'm getting the Bazooka subwoofer installed in my 2012 xB next Saturday, and I wanted to order a camera from Amazon to arrive before then, IF it will work.

Followup - Installer couldn't figure it out, so I returned the camera to Amazon.

Did get the bazooka subwoofer installed, though. Looks good, but doesn't sound that good to me - very muddy sounding, and now highs sound really harsh. Maybe I need to flip that switch on the subwoofer I've read about? I did order the BA speakers that AJ Gill spoke so highly of. When they're installed, I'll have the installer check out that switch. Hopefully, it'll sound good.

RE: sub -- Most likely, best sonic results will come from you personally fiddling with it, rather than depending on an installer.
