I have a 2011 Scion XB. There is a pulley making a grinding noise and vibrating, also you can see fine metal flakes coming off of it. Obviously it is shot! Looking at the front of the engine, this is the pulley on the bottom left side. Is this the power steering pump, or the belt tensioner? Thanks for the help!
