So the wheels I bought has the specs of 18"x7" 5/114 and a 73mm bore and my question is does the bore size make any difference? And what tires should I get?

Bore refers to the size of the "hole" in the center of the wheel. The bore will only affect the size of the hub centric rings you'll need (hub centric rings are recommended). You'll need rings with an OD of 73mm and *I BELIEVE* an ID of 60.1mm. Most wheel dealers can look up the size for you.

As for tires, gee, too many opinions to count.
