51,000 miles in just over 4 years and I finally had to get new brakes. Rears wouldn't pass inspection but still had some life left in them. Fronts probably could have gone another 6-9 months but since they had the car I opted to get them all done. Not too shabby! I probably won't be getting another set before I move on to something else.

Tires did well, too. When I got my first new set, I had just over 40,000 miles on the original factory tires!

I'm really liking the financial aspect of this car

Factory brakes lasted 51,000miles? that's pretty awesome, knock on wood and happy 1000th!

Btw, what tires did you replace the oem ones with?

thats very impressive. Im at about 21K right now and the brakes still feel like new. I want drilled and slotted rotors, but I don't want to do that until I actually need them .

i replaced my pads at 80,000 on my 08, tires generally 30 - 35k. i drive 30k a year and generally buy a set of tires leading up to winter.
