Have you seen the Ego Dash TS products? These are a OEM fit in Scion, Toyota and even Lexus. They plug into Scions at the back of the radio and the same on non-amplified Toyota and Lexus. As for the Amplified Toyota and Lexus they do most of them as well. Check out the link but don't let the MSRP price scare you.

yes, just get the egodashts1 only and ask for a standard harness.
