just remove the complete console from the floor. take the cup holder section off the front to reveal a screw at the front of the assembly. pull the soft pad from the rear container under the raised elbow pad to reveal the 2 screws in the back. remove the 2 push pins on the rear lower sides of the console, and remove the complete unit. careful to disconnect the electrical cables for the ipod and the usb.......
