As the owner/admin of, and, I have had the great honor of meeting and interacting with some truly great people. I've made several good friends and have worked with some of you in other capacities. For everything you've given, and everything I've gained, I am exceptionally grateful. For several reasons, I feel that now is a good time for me to hand over the keys to a capable group of people.

Therefore, it is my pleasure to introduce you to Yung from whose team will keep the site running strong into the future.

Without going into too much detail, I would like to answer some questions you may have. Unfortunately, I may not be able to answer anything specific. I'll leave that up to Yung and his group.

Why am I selling?

As many of you know first-hand, these are trying and uncertain economic times. While my day job may be fairly secure, other reasons (one of which I posted about recently) have made this decision a responsible one for me and my family.

What will happen to the site?

The biggest change, that you will notice quickly, is that the forum will be converted to vBulletin. Other than that, wants to keep the current forum structure, rules, moderation, etc. They like the community that has been built here and do not want to change that. On the back-end, they are able to devote more time and resources to keeping the servers stable and minimize downtime, whereas I was, individually, responsible for keeping the sites up and running.

What will happen to me?

I'll be here. I will remain an admin for as long as I can. These sites have become a large part of my life and, in turn, so have the members. What this will do; however, is free up some time, allow me to take other projects further and start new ones.

Thanks again,

Hi everyone,

As a team of automotive and powersports enthusiasts at, we are pleased to announce that we have come to an agreement with Eric in acquiring this site. Relieving him of the burden of administrative tasks and hosting issues, brings a staff and an infrastructure to ensure this community will be around for years. It’s our goal to provide the resources required to have a broader reach and attract more knowledgeable, hardcore enthusiasts to contribute that knowledge into the community. We also have a tech staff that is essentially on call 24/7 should there be any issues with connectivity or site performance.

Having said that, this is still your community and we are here to work side by side with the current administration to keep the site reliable, and running like a well-tuned automobile.

My name is Yung, and I am your new contact for any issues related to the everyday upkeep of the site. My role here is primarily to help out on the tech side of things and to assist with the current admin team in day-to-day issues in terms of keeping things peaceful here.

I will be around at least once a day to pop in and maybe even post in some of your threads as well! I look forward to being a part of this community, and if you have any questions or concerns, about the transition, please feel free to ask me in this thread!

Thanks Eric and Welcome Yung.
Yes, Thank You Eric for everything you did!

And Welcome Yung!
Eric, you have been the "daddy" here for so long, and now you're adding another one to call you that at home. We are so happy for you and grateful for all you've done for us on this site. I think your decision was a wise one and wish you the very best.

Yung, hello, and welcome to the best darn xB site on the World Wide Web. We are a family, helping each other, showing off to each other, fussing a little, and laughing a lot. Please be sure to add your picture to our mug shot thread since you are family now, too.
Thanks for the welcome. I'll add a pic as soon as I can.
