How would one go about changing the color of the mirror turn-signals?
Are these LEDs or small bulbs?
Is it hard to get the mirrors apart?

They're LEDs and I believe you need to remove the tweeter to get to them from the inside... I'm sure someone here has done the swap, but I haven't... yet.

I can't wait to try this, maybe after the holidays. I would like to see what the back of the mirrors after the led housing was removed to see if I could fit mirror defrosters in there. I saw a pic with the housing off the mirror but not after the led housing was gone. If anyone does this before me take a picture plz.
