Announcement:
Once something sells or otherwise is pulled off the market, please tell a mod.
We will close the ad, so there aren't any future questions.
Also, when a multiple listing is in a classified, let mods know of price drops or when one item sells. The Mod could update the first post of the ad and post the update (if seller hasn't already) in the newest area of the thread.
