I bought one of the ebay ones. I'll report a review when (if) it shows up.
If it works like I hope, I'll put ties around the brave/bracket and (may) add a hook for shirt/dress pants hangers.

It arrived today.
Looks better than I expected, overall. The cross-piece is plastic and probably should be repainted, which I am planning. It will hold a tie just fine.
It isn't as nice as the JDM one, but not really that bad for $25 (or so), shippined.

I'll take picts tomorrow and let everyone see it.

So far, so good.
I'm waiting to find time to take picts (I need to clean up a bit and take updated vehicle shots).

Here it is installed:

Overall, better and more usable than I expected . . .
Construction:
Cross piece is plastic. It is good to hold a tie, but that is about it. I'd not hang anything heavy from it.
The parts that hold it up . . .
Plastic construction, but strong. It works by inserts in the silver part to adjust for different width and size headrest brackets. The part around the metal hanger is designed to mesh with 2 prongs on the chrome and an array of teeth in the silver plastic. The inserts around the headrest are selected from a selection provided (for different diameter shafts).

Main complaint: is TALL for an xB. My suit coats have several inches above the floor, and those are 46 longs. I wish it was 4 inches lower.

Overall, not bad for the price. It doesn't have the hooks the JDM one does, but it is 1/3 to 1/4 the price (depending on source).

I looks pretty good in the interior too.
