Was thinking about buying a dashmat to protect my dash from the texas sun but I remember years ago how ugly they were.Was wondering have they changed at all or does anyone have a pic of one installed in there XB or is there something better out there? Any help appreciated.

Not sure about new dash mats but I also recall them being awful looking. I use a windshield screen personally. Just a thought.

you can also make your own... i saw a really nice leather one with diamond stitching in a xb gen 2.

I'm also in the 100+ every freakin' day Texas heat. My car sits in the sun all day. I use reflective windshield screens to block as much as possible. I clean with ArmorAll wipes and Turtle Wax ICE lotion. Since the dash is rubber, it will be fine with a little help.
