Does anyone know the specs for the disc brake rotors? Just for reference for future replacement.

Good question! I'd go to Checkers' (www.cskauto.com) website, and select the car. I think it will give you a bit of specs.

A bit late, but here are the real specs:

Front:

275.0mm diameter
46.5mm height
25.0mm nominal thickness
22.0mm minimum thickness
62.0mm hub
14.5mm bolt size
5x114.3 bolt circle
Weight ~14.3lbs (this is for a Centric 121.44147 rotor; weight will vary a bit between brands)

Rear:

279.0mm diameter
30.5mm height
10.0mm nominal thickness
8.5mm minimum thickness
62.0mm hub
14.6mm bolt size
5x114.3mm bolt circle
Weight ~9.1lbs (this is for a Centric 121.44161 rotor; weight will vary a bit between brands)

TC2 front rotor (if you upgrade to TC2 rotors/calipers/pads; this is currently the only known OEM swap):

296.0mm diameter
49.5mm height
28.0mm nominal thickness
25.0mm minimum thickness
62.0mm hub
14.5mm bolt size
5x114.3mm bolt circle
Weight ~16.5lbs (this is for a Centric 121.44146 rotor; weight will vary a bit between brands)

I do not have specs on the other two options:

1. PTR09-21111 (2008-2015 xB TRD big brake kit)
2. PTR09-52080 (TC2 TRD big brake kit; should fit)

I can assume that the calipers from the later TC, or rav4 V6 will be what you want to use with the larger rotors?

I see this is a several year old thread, not sure if anyone is still interested.
