Don't know if you're asking a question or telling us what your plans are. I don't see why that wouldn't work.
Just remember the "215" and the "225" are the WIDTH of the tire and not the sidewall height. If you're looking at filling the gap between the rim and top of your fender, you'll be looking at the second number on the tire size. For example a 215/60/16 will be significantly TALLER than a 215/35/16. Although they will both have the same width of "215." That second number is more like a fraction of the width. So a 215/60/16 will not be as tall as say a 255/60/16. Make sense??
