A 195mm wide tire is going to be *really* stretched when mounted to a 9" wide rim (if you can even get it mounted). Also a 195/40 x 17 tire is a lot smaller than the stock 205/55 x 16 tire, which will introduce a lot of speedometer/odometer error and wheel/fender gap.
I'd advise against this setup. Instead you should look the Size Comparer tool at
