With NFs you won't even come close to those rubbing or hitting but you will have some substantial wheel gap with such a smaller diameter tire than stock. The tires you are looking at are about an inch smaller in diameter than stock so you will be gaining 1/2" more wheel gap than you have now. As for the stretch, you can do it but there is no reason as you aren't doing it for clearance issues with those offsets and your drop.
