I'm selling the rear cargo cover that came with my RS6. I have to make room for the bazooka sub which mounts in the same place. Its in perfect condition, no scuffs or anything. $100. I'm in the LA/OC area.

It's the upper piece, the one that connects to the headrests on the rear seats.

Installation of the cargo cover is not difficult, but you do need to drill some ginourmous holes in the interior panels. Instuctions are on the TRD Sparks website. You also need the brackets that support each side of the cover and the clips that attach the lift lines to the rear hatch.
