As always, real HP cost real money. 70$ for 60 HP and 30 lb-ft seems too good to be true, mainly because it is. The only chip that I know that can help performance is the Unichip. Combined with many modifications and add-ons, you can have a normally aspirated xB, as in non-turboed, that will maybe push the numbers that the
GForce Power Chip sells.
You can try it, at best the placebo effect will make you feel like the car as a little more "hump" in it. At worse, you can fry up the ECU.
But I ain't no professional, so that's just my 2 cents
