A GO TO-- Prestige Scion, Kingston NY, Talk with Autum, 5 stars
Torrington Toyota in Torrington, CT. Just had a great service experience there (*****)
= Toyota/Scion of Riverside =
Salesman: Aaron Schulz

I don't know if this was because of pure pricing but without the hassle of negotiating, I would say this was probably the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase I made.

He didn't do anything special (nor did he buy me lunch) but compared to previous car buying experiences, I would say this recent purchase was the smoothest and by far the fastest.
Ok, i finally hit 5k so i went to Colonial Yoyota/scion in Smithfield RI for it's first free oil change. Thay changed the oil and filter, but thay didn't rotate the tires, vac the inside or out. I thought it was part of the maintenance. I guess not. Oh ya, it took 2 1/2 hours...I wont be bring it back there again. :yucky:

I don't know about you...but, I mark my front wheels (with a small dot by the valve stem) prior to the service and so far (5K and 10K) my dealer as rotated the tires...but, I'll still mark'em prior.
Full well knowing that if the tires had not been rotated they would do it prior to my accepting the car back...I will say that Palm Auto Toyota/Scion, Punta Gorda, FL does set up appointments and have gotten me back on the road in less than an hour for both services done.

I am going to start doing that. I feel I get good service from the place I go to, Larry H Miller Toyota-Scion in Salt Lake City, UT. But it doesn't hurt to be sure does it.
