In fact ido. Do not buy them. They are a great tire for about 10-15k miles and that are it. I had a set on my 300zxt and of coarse the back two didnt last very long but the front two both had separated belts about a month apart. Needless to say i was not very impressed with the tires. Time old saying goes you get what ya pay for, on the wifes bmw i put Continental dws extreme contacts on there and man what a great tire. Mabe you will have better luck than i did.

Never had the nankang but I just got a set of Goodyear Eagle GT's so far I am loving them much more so than the Toyo Proxes4 and half the price including a 50k warranty. They have a dual tread pattern like the continental giving great wet and dry traction.
You should look into the Ford dealers in your area. They have a 100.00 off rebate and buy 3 get 1 free on all their tires as well as a price match to boot. I ended up with 4 new 215/55/16 tires for 336.00 w/ free mounting and TPMS swap. I did feel weird going to a Ford dealer with my Toyota/Scion though...:boxing:
