Most HUs (Head Units) don't have Sirius or XM built in, they have the ability to attach a separate module for it, that uses the HU for all of the controlling of it.
Apart from that I might recommend Pioneer or Kenwood for HU, for Kenwood make sure to get the Excelon series due to the 2 year warranty for it and usually a little higher end specs.
Also, do you want a single DIN or a Double DIN? that relates to the size of the HU, what comes stock with our rides is more or less a double DIN (just a little wider then DIN specs) but you can put in a Single DIN HU and get an adapter to make it fit. same with Double DIN.
