Whats up forum, I drive a 2009 Scion Release Series 6.0 and I was curious if someone could recommend a set of pads and rotors for my box. I personally know nothing of brands, and originally was going to go with some performance parts such as Hawk pads and EBC rotors, but the more I think about it the more I start to wonder if that'd be overkill.

I personally ride my brakes a lot so I would prefer something a lot more responsive. My Scion is closing to hitting 70k, I'm what I believe it's 2nd owner and for sake of getting the best performance I'm going to assume everything is still stock, so again could someone recommend what combination they use on their own box.

I plan to purchase the parts of amazon using my store card, so if you could provide links through amazon it'd be GREATLY appreciated. Also is there anything special I should do when switching this all up, like any other maintenance. I personally won't be the one doing the labor, a friend will.

As for budget I'd like to stay under $300, so performance parts may not be the best route to go, never the less shoot me your recommendations! Thanks!

Here is what I put on my xB almost a year ago. I've been really happy with them. I bought them from AutoAnything. My total was less than $240.
