I am looking at the HID kit from ddmtuning. They apparently aren't open and manning the phones today. Does anyone here know if I need to get the error code eliminator or the HID harness?

you don't. you just need the kit. that's all I got and it works great.

Ditto to what Chrevis said. Super cheap, super bright for low beams (since they already have projectors....no blinding people )

It also seems that most people here have the 35W and say they are very bright - so I don't need to go with the 50W?

Also is there any difference between the slim ballast kit and the Apexcone Raptor kit besides $10?

the 35W is plenty bright. no performance difference in the slim ballast, just size, which is not a problem, as there is plenty of space under the hood for the ballast.
